July, New month, same goals?

The first day of a new month would usually consist of me jotting down a few goals that I want to achieve that month. But since lockdown, each month I haven't done that. Why? Well, It seems I have the same goals every month.
It's not that I don't sit down and ask myself what I want to achieve, it's that lockdown has given me the sense of 'The world is so much bigger than me' so to speak. Does it matter if I change something aesthetically? Or does it matter more about what I reach on an intellectual level?
So you might be thinking, "Well what are your goals then?" I think its simple. Since March, the same monthly goals keep popping up:
Read and Educate yourself more
Listen to your body
Make sure you are truly happy with what you are doing
And that is it.
So sure, you could break those down individually and inside them could be countless other goals, but on a broad term, It's pretty basic. I don't feel the need to write down 'Do this thing to my body, reach this personal best, tick this off my list', because - if I am happy, and its what makes me happy - it will happen anyway, right?
Maybe not. Maybe I have come to a level of peace with knowing what I want daily and that's why I am able to look at it this way. But I truly think since lockdown started, it's given me a capability to be able to really look into what I really want. In all senses of the matter, wether it be short term, long term, whatever you want to hold that to.
Why has it done that? If I'm thinking about it now - it's probably the lack of human contact. I'm not thinking about other people, I'm not using my time for other people, and all I have to think about is myself. (In a broad sense, I am not as selfish as that made me sound.)
Yet also I am not comparing. I mean unless I spent my whole day on Instagram, what have I to compare myself to? It's literally me and my family in the house. So I am pretty secure in my lack of comparison at the moment.
Truly, that may be why I feel able to focus on the core values of my 'goals' at the moment. And honestly? I think at least for me, it's the best way of setting goals right now.
So yes, new month! Same goals. And you know what? I'm gonna smash every single one of them.
What are your goals this month? Have you seen a change in your mental processing of 'achievement' and 'goals'?
See you soon,
